branding and web design and development for a Newcastle-based doula business.

Carmen Moyle of mother/me is a birth and postpartum doula helping women have an empowered birth and joyful transition to motherhood. She needed an identity and website that reflected her warm but practical approach, and stood apart from the clichéd imagery that clutters the birth-support space. Specifically, Carmen wanted to avoid the tired tropes of boobs, hands and ‘boho’ inspired imagery in her branding.

The final identity does exactly that: a palette of pink and soft green paired with a gorgeous customised wordmark that speaks to both femininity and strength.
