About

I'm Claire, the designer behind Studio Kokomo.

With eight years in branding and graphic design including time working on iconic Australian brands like Archie Rose Distillery, Blundstone and St Hugo wine and Musica Viva, I bring both strategic grounding and a genuine love of craft to every project.

My approach is colour-led and artful, and rooted in curiosity. When you work with Studio Kokomo, you work with me directly, start to finish.

Outside the studio, I'm a mum of two in a 1970s dream house where the Royal National Park meets the sea. You can usually find me bushwalking, weaving, or working through an endless stack of art and design books.

Whether we're working together on a brand identity, packaging or social assets, every project follows the same considered process.

The Process

1. Discovery

We start with a deep dive into your business, your goals, your audience and what makes you different. This is where the strategic foundation is built.

2. Concept Design

With a clear brief and creative direction established, I get to work. Initial concepts are developed with intention, bringing together colour, form and feeling.

3. Refinement

Your chosen concept is refined through open conversation and collaborative feedback until it feels exactly right.

4. Launch

Final files, brand guidelines and assets are delivered ready to use, along with everything you need to show up consistently from day one.
