I'm Claire, the designer behind Studio Kokomo. I create thoughtful, craft-led brand identities with a focus on colour, warmth and character. My approach is hands-on and collaborative. The goal is always a brand that not only looks considered, but feels unmistakably like you.

A straightforward, collaborative process designed to keep things clear and considered from start to finish.

The Process

1. Discovery

We start with a conversation about your business, your audience, and what you need. This helps shape a clear direction moving forward.

2. Concept

I develop initial design directions, exploring colour, form and overall feel.

3. Refinement

We refine your chosen direction together, making sure everything feels resolved and considered.

  • Endless gratitude to Claire for her impeccable design eye and attention to detail. Starting a new business, I know how important branding is in making an impression and striking the right tone with your audience. Claire demonstrated a deep and clear understanding of my brief, which resulted in several bang-on design options that were both beautiful and business appropriate.

    — Carmen Moyle, mother/me

  • "We worked with Claire on several projects and on all occasions Claire perfectly understood the brief and translated our vision. She worked to the timeline and was a pleasure to deal with. All the projects Claire worked on are now much loved Journey of Something evergreen products that have sold out and been restocked many times over. Claire has an excellent aesthetic and we highly recommend her."

    — Nicola Caras, Journey of Something

  • I couldn’t be happier with the logo Claire designed for my business. Claire truly listened to my vision and turned it into something that feels professional, unique, and perfectly aligned with my brand. The entire process was smooth, creative, and collaborative, and the final result exceeded my expectations.

  • Claire is patient, insightful and hugely talented as both a designer and in developing a brand identity. She created a brand aligned with my unique product and place as an artist living and working in the Royal National Park. My new ARTime logo sings of the inspiration and creative joy I want to instill in my clients.
